My Faith:
I was adopted into a wonderful Christian home as an infant.  My adoptive parents were wonderful examples of the Father heart of God and the power of unconditional love.  This foundation drew me to an early decision to believe in the power of salvation, the forgiveness of sins, and the desire to follow Jesus.   However, during my teen years, the fact of being adopted brought feelings of abandonment and caused me to seek worldly pleasures to find answers.  In my early 20’s, I realized that the world’s offerings are only temporary, and the truth of God’s Word drew me back to Him.  It was then that I made a “no turning back” decision to fully devote my life to Jesus.

Since making that life-changing decision, I began to live with purpose and meaning.  I suddenly had a passion for the Word like never before and my desire to introduce Christ to those who did not yet know Him was insatiable. God has proven Himself faithful throughout my life, and His love continually overwhelms me.  Most recently, God proved Himself faithful over and over again while I was dealing with stage 3 melanoma and lymphedema.  Praise the Lord He has healed me and I am now cancer free!
