Prayer

2nd Sunday Prayer
An Elder-led time of prayer where we seek God's will for our church and country.
Meets the second Sunday of every month | 6:30p-7:30p, Chapel

Prayer Requests
The Grace church  ministry staff and prayer teams consider it a privilege to provide intercessory prayer for your requests throughout the week.  You can fill out a card in the worship service, drop a note or email us directly and we will be lifting you up in prayer. If you have a new request to share please contact 952-224-3023.

Invitation Prayer Ministry
This ministry seeks to support and guide people toward the next step on their spiritual journey. At the conclusion of most Sunday morning worship services, an invitation is given to come forward and receive immediate ministry for prayer needs or spiritual decisions. In a private setting, trained lay men and women briefly meet with those who respond, offering prayer, support, and resources as needed. For more information, contact Shelly at 952-224-3023 or sgeoffroy@atgrace.com.

Intercessory Prayer Teams
Grace Church has groups of intercessory prayer teams which are meeting through out each week. These prayer teams meet at different times and at different locations. If you are looking for a group to join to pray for the church, the people of the church and the ministry of the church, please contact us and we will attempt to connect you to groups you may share time, location or passion for ministry.

Anointing for Healing
For those afflicted with sickness, a prayer ministry of anointing with oil is available (consistent with the teaching of James 5) by coming forward during the invitation at the conclusion of either Sunday morning worship service. Anointing by Pastoral Staff and Elders is also available by appointment by contacting the Pastoral Care office at 952-224-3051.

Pastoral Counseling Appointments
The Grace Church Ministry Staff considers it a privilege to provide pastoral counseling and to assess care needs as requested by the Grace family. Please contact the Ministry Staff person with whom you would like to consult, or you may contact 952-224-3023. If assistance is needed beyond the scope of pastoral counseling, referrals are provided to professional Christian counselors. Other community and church-based resources may be available if Grace does not have a resource to help meet a particular need.

Minister on Call
Our Ministers on Call are available 24 hours a day for crisis needs and for those needing spiritual assistance. Hospital visits, anointing with oil, prayer and reading God's Word all are ministries available through our Ministers on Call. For assistance, please call the church office at 952-926-1884. In case of an emergency after normal business hours, the office voicemail will allow you to leave a message on the emergency pager and you will be contacted.

Hospital Visits
If you desire a visit from a pastor, the visitation team, or would like to be listed for prayer support, you need to inform the hospital that you want to be listed in their directory of patients and/or have information about your hospitalization and basic condition released to Grace Church. Also, please have someone call the church at 952-926-1884 and let us know you have been hospitalized.

Stephen Ministry Care
If you are experiencing a crisis or difficult life circumstance, a trained Stephen Minister can visit you on a regular basis during your time of need and provide confidential Christian care and support. For more information or to receive support from a Grace Stephen Minister, contact Shelly at 952-224-3023 or sgeoffroy@atgrace.com.
